You’ve failed.
 
 So what? That doesn’t mean you’re a failure.
 
 Consider the life of the Apostle Peter. He infamously denied that he knew Jesus. Not once. Not twice. But three times. Three successive failures.
 
 But look how Jesus redeemed Peter’s mistakes. How he used Peter’s failure for his good and God’s glory. Peter went from utter failure to the head of the entire church!
 
 Jesus also singled out Peter to be the first one told that Jesus was heading to Galilee after his resurrection, where Peter and the disciples would see him personally (Mark 16:7).
 
 Here’s the point: Your identity is in Jesus. It is an eternal ID, one which can never be taken away from you. That’s what Peter learned.
 
 So when you fail (notice the “when”- for we all fail), learn from it. Get up and try again. Because you’re only a failure if you never try again.
 
 Learn from your mistakes. Keep moving forward.
