Life now. Jesus came to earth for many reasons. One of which was to give us life now. What was lost in the Garden of Eden - everlasting communion with God - was restored through the life of Jesus. From the cradle to the cross. Fulfilled through the Resurrection. Because of Jesus - God’s gracious gift to all mankind - we are able to be born again. To live life now. Our once dead hearts become resurrected hearts. Hearts alive in Christ. Filled with love. Grace. Perfect peace. Jesus is “the light of men” (John 1:4). He came to earth to give us life in abundance (John 10:10). The kind of life our Father originally intended for us all to have. Every second of every day. A life filled with hope. Joy. Expectation. Victory over evil. Life in abundance. Today. Now.
