Week of Prayer for the Persecuted Church

Monday October 28 - Sunday November 3

Join us this week as we come together and pray for those around the world in areas of great persecution.
Prayer Prompts
Here are some ideas of what to pray for during the week.
We will come together on Sunday November 3rd for a church-wide time of prayer. This is the International Day of Prayer for the Persecuted Church.
Strength and Endurance
Pray that persecuted Christians would have strength and endurance to persevere in their faith, even under pressure, threats, or physical harm (Hebrews 12:1-2).
Faithfulness in Witness
Pray that despite persecution, they will boldly share the gospel with love and grace. Ask for wisdom in how they present their faith in hostile environments (Acts 4:29).
Protection and Safety
Pray for God's protection over believers, that He would shield them from physical, emotional, and spiritual harm (Psalm 91).
Unity in the Global Church
Pray for unity among believers worldwide, that Christians from different cultures and nations would stand in solidarity with those being persecuted, encouraging one another (John 17:20-23).
Comfort for Families
Pray for the families of those imprisoned or martyred, that they may find peace, hope, and comfort in God’s promises, and feel supported by their global church family (2 Corinthians 1:3-4).
Boldness for Church Leaders
Pray for pastors, missionaries, and leaders of underground churches, that they would lead with courage, wisdom, and faith, continuing their ministry despite the risks (Ephesians 6:19-20).
Provision of Needs
Pray for the provision of basic needs like food, shelter, medical care, and spiritual resources (Bibles, discipleship materials) for persecuted believers (Philippians 4:19).
Conversion of Persecutors
Pray that God would work in the hearts of those who persecute Christians, opening their eyes to the truth of the gospel and transforming them, just as He did with Saul in the Bible (Acts 9:1-6).
Hope and Encouragement
Pray that those suffering persecution would be filled with hope and joy, knowing that their suffering is not in vain, but brings glory to God and furthers His kingdom (Romans 5:3-5).
Freedom to Worship
Pray for the freedom of Christians to worship openly in countries where Christianity is restricted or illegal, and for changes in laws or government policies that oppress religious freedom (1 Timothy 2:1-2).

Mission India
One Mission, In One Place
India is the most unreached nation in the world. Millions in India don't follow Jesus because they have never heard of him. We want to give every person in India the chance to experience life change through Jesus’ love.
Rather than sending Western missionaries to carry out this work, we partner with local believers in India, equipping them to minister in their own communities. Get involved:
