The eternal God of the universe wants to be your close, personal friend. He longs for you to know Him as my Trust, my Father, the Horn of my Salvation. To become your personal God. Do you know God intimately? Rely on Him as your Daddy? Place your trust in Him alone? When you do, you can’t help but want to thank Him. To recognize Him for all He has done. To praise His holy name. Everything good in our lives is a gift from God. It’s really that simple. Our lives, our homes, our friendships, our family - all of it is a grace gift - from a Daddy who wants to abundantly bless His children. Once we’re able to grasp the immense love our Father has for us, we can know Him as my praise.” (Psalm 71:6). God is worthy of our praise because all comes from Him. And everything we accomplish in life is through His strength (Phil. 4:13). Therefore, God is worthy of our constant, abiding praise. Do you praise God continually? At the beginning, end, and throughout each day of your life? You should. Offer your praise now. Say to Him: “Daddy, You are so good! Everything I have is from You. Everything! I am blessed, favored, and filled with Your power. I am saved in Jesus’s name - the greatest blessing of all! I will praise Your name forever!” Praise God without ceasing. When you do, you can always refer to God as my Praise.
