My Personal God - My Strong Refuge

The eternal God of the universe wants to be your close, personal friend. He longs for you to know Him as my Lamp, my Savior, my Mighty Rock. To become your personal God.

Your heavenly Daddy also wants to be your refuge. The One to whom you run in times of need. When you need protection. Comfort. Or strength.

But God not only wants you to know Him as your personal refuge, but also as “my strong refuge” (Psalm 71:7). Our Father is our refuge. He is our strong refuge!

In God’s strong arms, we are safe and secure. His presence becomes our safe haven. A citadel of protection. An impenetrable fortress. A place of safety from our enemies, where we cannot be found.

Do you know the Lord as your strong refuge? Pray to Him now, “Daddy, be with me always. I need Your protection. Meet me in my struggles and take care of me! Protect me! You are stronger than all the forces of evil that want to destroy me.”

God is your strong refuge.

It’s His eternal promise to you today and forever.

He will never leave nor forsake you.
